Is MambaHR software or an HR department?

Can it replace our first HR hire?

Does it replace a human HRBP?

Does it process payroll or run our benefits?

Because that’s how the work scales. Every employee brings questions, time off, reviews, and paperwork. One price per person, everything handled — no modules, no add-ons, no surprise invoices.
What does the minimum mean?
Each plan has an annual minimum so we can put real depth behind every account. If the per-employee math comes in under it, the minimum applies. Most teams clear it quickly as they grow.
Which plan should we choose?
Most growing companies start with HR Ops Manager — it replaces the hire they were about to make. Choose Starter if you mainly need records, answers, and clean exports. Choose AI HR Department when compliance, performance, and workforce changes need to run themselves too.
Is founding customer pricing real?
Yes — for the first 20 companies. Founding customers get discounted annual pricing, onboarding directly with the founders, and priority input into the roadmap. When the 20 seats are gone, they’re gone.
